Meetings generally are held on the 2rd Thurs. of the month
Empty nesters club will be held on the 2nd Thursday of the each month Sept - May at 6:30 PM at the clubhouse with the exception of December.

The Empty Nester's club is open to Davis Lake residents. Empty Nester's is an opportunity to come together to enjoy fellowship with your neighbors in the community. It's a relaxed evening of conversation, sharing appetizers and, for those inclined, board games and cards. This year we would like to add outings during the year such as: dining out, sport games i.e., baseball, basketball and theater/shows. We are always open for suggestions/new ideas.

The Empty Nesters had a most enjoyable outing at the Shelton Vineyard Winery. It was a picture perfect day. We toured the winery with anticipation of tasting wine. We couldn't resist in purchasing some. We ventured out on a tractor pulled hayride through the vineyard and lunched on the lawn while listening to the bluegrass music. We weren't adventurous enough thou to do the grape stomping or face painting. As an added attraction, there were artisans and locally grown produce and baked goodies for sale. It was a great time had by all.
