Davis Lake Residents - E-Billing Sign-Up

In your DLCA Board’s ongoing effort to reduce the cost of processing DLCA quarterly dues assessments we are introducing an “E-Billing” Option. We are asking each of you for your permission to send the quarterly invoice thru Email instead of the US Postal Service.

We estimate the cost savings for each invoice sent electronically (by Email) at approximately $0.45. The estimated material cost is made up of postage ($0.39), envelopes, paper, and ink. The projected annual material cost savings for 555 resident addresses would be $1,000. This does not include any labor costs of folding, stuffing, and delivering the mail to the post office. Billing and collection labor costs are one of the larger cost components associated with any management firm’s contract.

If you are an owner of more then one property in the DLCA, we need a separate authorization for each property owned.

A confirmation of your permission for e-billing will be sent back to you by e-mail. Make sure that you have any e-mail "spam" filters set so that you can receive our e-billing.
