Davis Lake Clubhouse and Facilities Rental

The Davis Lake Clubhouse is the perfect place to hold your event. From birthday parties and social gatherings to baby and bridal showers--even weddings; the Clubhouse is a great facility reasonably priced and with a great location for all Davis Lake Residents. Please call (704) 596-6958 or email club@davislake.org to check availability of your date and to schedule a walk-through.

The Davis Lake Clubhouse and Facilities are available for rentals by Davis Lake Property Owners Only - who must be present during the event.

Available for Rental: (Printable version of fee schedule)

Full Clubhouse: $75/2 hour minimum  $40 each additional hour (not available during Snack Bar hours).

Pool Deck Area: The Pool Deck is available for rental as an addition to a Clubhouse Rental (during Pool off-hours only). $ 75.00 per hour (2 hour minimum) $40 each additional hour (not available during regular pool hours).

Note: A certified lifeguard(s) must be present if the pool deck is rented and the fee for such is separate and determined by the Pool Management firm. See Pool Party Form from pH Pool Management for more details.

To make a reservation:
        Complete the Rental Contract  - PDF Format    MS Word Format
        Submit to Clubhouse with payment in full of both rental fee and security deposit.

Are you interested in having a party in the clubhouse snack bar area - during normal snack bar hours (12 guest maximum) - or around the pool deck area during normal hours (for 25 or more guests)? You do NOT have to follow all of the procedures above!
