Woodcroft Townhomes
Woodcroft townhomes have 3 floorplans that include lofts and from 2 to 3 bedroom. There are 27 buildings with 3 townhouse units per building. The project was built by C. Richard Dobson Builders and completed several years ago. These 81 townhomes are situated across the street from Davis Lake Residential entrance from Legacy at Davis Lake Condominium villas. All three properties are roughly at the corner of Davis Lake Parkway and David Cox Road, one block from Harris Boulevard. The entrance to Woodcroft is on Davis Lake Parkway.
