The Davis Lake Clubhouse is the perfect place to hold your event. From birthday parties and social gatherings to baby and bridal showers–even weddings; the Clubhouse is a great facility, reasonably priced and a convenient location for all Davis Lake Property Owners. The Davis Lake Clubhouse and Facilities are available for reservation only by Davis Lake Property Owners,
who must be present during the event.

Weather: Lifeguards are required to clear the pool for 30 minutes after thunder. For lightning, the guards are required to CLEAR the pool AND deck for one hour.
In case of weather issues, the lifeguard fee is ONLY refundable if the event is cancelled before the event start time; at any time after, there is no refund.
The Clubhouse can ONLY be used in case of inclement weather if it is decided BEFORE the event begins. If any weather issues, DLCA will refund the portion of your time not used. This is at the discretion of DLCA.

Clubhouse Rental:
- Rental per hour (2 hour minimum required)
- A refundable deposit is required.
- Rentals are permitted two hours before their event to set up & one hour after their event time to clean up at no additional charge.
- Rentals can run no later than midnight and must have all cleaning concluded no later than 1 a.m. Any additional time will result in a $100 fee per half hour (or part of).
- Forms may be obtained at the clubhouse or by going to TownSq online.
- Submit the Rental Contract to Clubhouse manager with payment in full for the rental fee and security deposit. Payment must be made by check ONLY, payable to DLCA. We do not take cash. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Pool Deck Area:
- The Pool Deck is available for rental as an addition to a Clubhouse Rental.
- Rental per hour (2 hour minimum required)

- Rental of the pool deck is to be concluded no later than pool closing time. Any additional time will result in a $100 fee per half hour (or part of).
- Pool Party Request Form – Submit the form to Clubhouse with payment rental and lifeguard fees. We do not take cash for these fees. Sorry for any inconvenience

Clubhouse & After-Hour Pool Rental Regulations
A certified lifeguard(s) must be present when the pool deck is rented and the fee for such is SEPARATE from clubhouse rentals.
The number of People Attending (swimmers and non-swimmers) will determine the number of guards needed. Details may be obtained on their website at phpoolmanagement.com.
The fee is hourly per lifeguard, per hour. Payment for Clubhouse & Pool Deck rentals must be made by check ONLY payable to DLCA. We do not take cash. Sorry for any inconvenience. Payment for lifeguards is done through the pool management company at: www.phpoolmanagement.com
