The Board of Directors would like to invite you to a Town Hall Discussion regarding the proposed Rental Amendment on Saturday, October 9^th, 2021 starting promptly at 11am in the clubhouse.  In addition to discussing the rental amendment, the board will look to recruit volunteers to help with the amendment process which requires a 67% vote in favor by the membership in order to pass the amendment.  Sign-up sheets will be available at the Town Hall Discussion, if you are unable to attend in person, please email your volunteer interest to Hawthorne Management Company at admin@hawthornemgmt.com.

A few reminders regarding this event:

• Masks must be worn inside the clubhouse per Mecklenburg County.
  • If you are sick or have Covid related symptoms, please stay home.  Updates will be made available via email and the website.
• There are a limited number of chairs available.  Since it is hard to predict how many will attend, residents are welcome to bring lawn chairs.
  • If needed, we are prepared to open doors and windows so residents can sit comfortably on the veranda.
