The DLCA Board of Directors are your neighborhood volunteers. They have contracted with Associa Carolinas Management to provide management and support for our neighborhood. If your concern or issue involves the DLCA Board, they will be contacted.

General safety concerns. Call 911 to report crimes. If you see suspicious activity, dial 911 and indicate if it is an emergency. This will result in a faster response is the recommended course of action by CMPD officers.
