Safety Issues:

The DLCA Board, Hawthorne Management Group, The Clubhouse Director and the DLCA Webmaster wish to remind residents – when you see activities or incidents in the neighborhood that require law enforcement or monitoring – PLEASE call 911! This is not a role that your neighborhood volunteers or employees can fill.
Our streets are city streets – therefore our covenants cannot control parking or street access issues. If you cannot resolve an issue with your neighbors about parking, the CMPD may be needed to enforce city laws and resolve differences. If however, you have a concern about neighborhood covenant issues – Hawthorne Management may be able help. Contact info and email addresses are located here: https://www.davislake.org/payment-portal/

are held monthly to review all written homeowner requests. Davis Lake homeowners who are planning ANY exterior changes to either their house or lot, must submit an “ARC Application for Change or Addition” (MS Word  or PDF) and receive ARC approval prior to beginning any work.  This process can take up to 45 days. Trouble with Door-to-Door solicitations?

Davis Lake Communities are non-soliciting communities. Signs have been posted at all entrances to let others know. See FAQ for information.

The Rental Amendment has not passed. 572 votes were needed for the amendment to win, but the final vote count is 547 votes in favor. Yes, we were 25 votes short, but we’ll come back stronger and get this amendment passed! The board’s next meeting on November 30th will not be open to the community, instead it will be closed session only to discuss this matter and others that are also pressing and time-sensitive. Updates to the community will be forthcoming and community feedback will by sought on the amendment process and future amendment options.
